Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dev Vani Tour & Travels.
• An advance payment of 25%–50% is required to confirm any booking.
• Balance payment must be cleared before or on the start of the tour.
• Valid government ID proof is mandatory for all travellers.

• 30+ days before departure: 90% refund of advance.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of advance.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of advance.
• Less than 7 days: No refund.
• Helicopter, hotel and railway tickets follow their respective operator policies.

• Drivers are well-trained, polite and certified for Himalayan routes.
• Vehicle type is confirmed in writing — exact model may vary based on availability.
• Driver night halt, toll, parking and state taxes are included unless specified.
• Maximum 8 hours / 250 km per day for local taxis unless otherwise agreed.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, cash and major credit/debit cards. GST invoices are provided on request. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

Dev Vani Tour & Travels acts only as a booking and travel coordinator. We are not liable for losses arising from natural disasters, road blockages, weather, government restrictions, or personal medical issues during the journey. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Prices are valid at the time of booking. They may change due to fuel surcharges, government taxes or last-minute service charges. Any change will be communicated before confirmation.

Travellers are expected to follow local customs, temple rules and safety guidelines. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misbehaviour or unsafe conduct.
