Refund Policy

Clear, fair and transparent refund rules.

1. Tour Cancellation Refund

  • 30+ days before tour: 90% of advance refunded.
  • 15–30 days before tour: 50% of advance refunded.
  • 7–14 days before tour: 25% of advance refunded.
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund.

2. Advance Payment Refund Conditions

Refunds are calculated on the advance amount received, after deducting payment gateway and operator charges (hotel, helicopter, railway, etc.) where applicable.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

  • Refund initiated within 5 working days of cancellation request.
  • Bank credit typically takes 7–10 working days.
  • UPI refunds are usually credited within 3–5 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellations due to natural disasters, landslides, weather or government restrictions are non-refundable from operator side, but we assist in rescheduling.
  • No-shows, late arrivals or refusal to travel at the time of pickup.
  • Personal medical issues without advance intimation (24+ hours).
  • Helicopter tickets, train tickets and hotel pre-payments as per operator policy.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your tour up to 7 days before departure at no extra cost (subject to availability). Differences in package cost will apply.
